Sky Views Miami in Bayside Marketplace

A 176 foot ferris wheel named Sky Views Miami is set to open soon in Bayside Marketplace the will be operated by Sky Views of America.

Construction began in the ferris wheel that will have LED lights in October 2019 after being approved.

The ferris wheel will have 42 gondolas for 336 passengers that will be air conditioned.

The ride will last between 12-15 minutes.

TBT (February 27, 2015) - 5 years ago today, Panorama Tower was starting to go vertical before topping off in April 2017 at 83 stories. The top of the building showcases 360 views of Miami.

Since starting construction and pouring the foundation at Panorama Tower, the building is slowly making its way above ground level.

Two cranes have been added to the site at 1101 Brickell Bay Drive.

Since starting to go vertical in January 2018, the 54 story Turnberry Ocean Club Residences is getting closer to completion.

The Carlos Zapata designed tower topped off in October 2019 and is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

62 Story Tower By JDS Development Proposed For Brickell

A 62 story tower has been proposed by JDS Development to replace a Brickell Fire Station, according to The SFBJ.

The tower would rise 752 feet and would include 1,000 residential units, 176 hotel rooms 250,000 square feet of office space, 5,000 square feet of retail and 1,600 parking spaces.

The current Fire Station would be demolished and replaced with a new station as part of the new design.

JDS is currently developing Monad Terrace in Miami Beach.

TBT (February 21, 2017) - 3 years ago Paramount Miami Worldcenter was reaching the 4th floor of construction before being completed in July 2019.

Since the concrete pour in October 2016, Paramount Miami Worldcenter has reached the 4th floor of the 700 foot building. 

Paramount Miami Worldcenter will have 513 residential units and 50% of the building is in contract. 

Construction is expected to be completed by 2018.

The 22 story Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale Residences is now going vertical as two cranes have been added to the site and foundation poured since we last looked in March 2019.

The building will have 90 residential units and 130 hotel rooms.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower is having the cement poured on the 49th floor and is one floor away from top off at 50 stories.

The North Tower is now rising and has reached the 6th floor before topping off at 50 stories and 667 feet.
