The Biscayne Rendering
After being purchased for $5.2 million in January 2018, a 200 room hotel called The Biscayne is coming to 3200 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater by Urbanica.
The hotel will have a rooftop pool and bar.
Urbanica also purchased a 18,800 square foot lot at 3001 Biscayne Boulevard in October 2018 for $7.95 million.
