1836 Biscayne Boulevard
New plans have been submitted for a 40 story tower at 1836 Biscayne Boulevard and rising 419 feet. The tower would be next First Church of Christ Scientist building that will be preserved.
The building will have 364 rental units with a rooftop pool and ground level retail.
Another design was submitted in January 2015 that had a tower over the existing couch with columns inside.
Fifteen Group paid $14.3 million for the property in November 2014.
