Society Biscayne has reached the 26th floor of construction and is rising quickly in Downtown Miami.
The Sieger Suarez designed building will have 649 rental units and be completed in Fall 2021.

Construction continues at the 49 story Society Biscayne located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami as the tower portion of the building is rising.
Construction began a year in September 2019.
Society Biscayne will have 646 rental units, 51,000 square feet of commercial space and will be completed in Fall 2021.

Groundbreaking on the Sieger Suarez designed building began June 2019 and is expected to be completed Fall 2021.
Society Biscayne will have 649 rental units.

Society Biscayne is now at the 14th floor of 49 story tower after reaching the 9th floor the beginning of April.

Society Biscayne is getting taller at 400 Biscayne Boulevard as construction reaches the 9th floor. Last month, construction was at the 5th floor.
With 649 rental units, the Sieger Suarez Architects designed building will rise 49 stories and be completed Fall 2021.

1836 Biscayne Boulevard
New plans have been submitted for a 40 story tower at 1836 Biscayne Boulevard and rising 419 feet. The tower would be next First Church of Christ Scientist building that will be preserved.
The building will have 364 rental units with a rooftop pool and ground level retail.
Another design was submitted in January 2015 that had a tower over the existing couch with columns inside.
Fifteen Group paid $14.3 million for the property in November 2014.
