The Verzasca Group has sold their 32,775 square foot site at 2000 Biscayne for $13.1 million to Enrique Manhard, according to The Real Deal. Verzasca Group purchased the property for $13 million in March 2016.

Previously on the site was the former City Hall Restaurant that was demolished in January 2017. Verzasca Group had plans to build a 36 story rental tower with 393 unit.

Verzasca Group recently started construction on the 16 story Aurora Sunny Isles.

1900 Biscayne Site Sold For 18.4M

1900 Biscayne Blvd Site in Edgewater

A one acre site located at 1900 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater has been sold for 18.4 million, according to The Real Deal. 

The seller is Atlas Capital Group and was purchased by Enrique Manhard. Enrique Manhard also purchased an entire block in December 2015 between NW 2nd Ave and NE 2nd CT, but later sold it to ASRR Capital for $33 million in June of this year.

The 1900 Biscayne Boulevard Site is approved for a 36 story tower with 429 residential units.

Almost Entire Block Purchased In Edgewater

Nearly an entire block has been purchased in Edgewater between NE 2nd Ave and NE 2nd CT, according to The Next Miami. 

7 of the lots on the block were purchased in June 2012 for $1,375,000 and the church on the corner of NE 2nd CT and NE 18TH St was purchased for $2.4 million in May of this year. The buyer is 17th & Second Ave Properties Corp, which is controlled by Enrique Manhard and Vivane Sasson de Manhard. 

The total square footage of all the lots is 60,375 square feet excluding the Padel Courts on the Southwest corner of the block, which haven't been purchased yet.

The Vib Hotel is planned on being built across the street and was purchased for $64 million earlier this year.
