After starting to go vertical at the beginning of August, Midtown 29 is currently on the 7th floor of construction. 

The apartment in Midtown Miami will have 309 units and will be rise 20 stories. 

Across the street Midtown 6 and Midtown 7 were recently proposed.

Porsche Design Tower Scheduled To Open in October

The 60 story Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach is getting closer to completion and is scheduled to open in October.

Groundbreaking began in April 2013 with the building topping out in August 2015.

The 132 unit Porsche Design Tower features a robotic parking elevator where residents can park their cars in their own unit. 

The tower is being developed by Dezer Development and was designed by architect Sieger Suarez.

The 12 story Fendi Château Residences located at 9365 Collins Avenue in Surfside is nearly complete. 

The luxury condominium with only 58 units was developed by Chateau Group and was designed by Arquitectonica.

The 28 story Oceana Bal Harbour located at 10201 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour is getting closer to completion and should be ready for closings in November. 

When we previously looked at the project in March, two cranes were still on the site and exterior work was still being done. The interiors are nearly finished and landscaping work by Enzo Enea is currently in process.

The 240 unit Oceana Bal Harbour is being developed by Consultatio and was designed by Arquitectonica. The project is 75 percent sold.

A Look At The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences

 

As Fort Capital looks at a second phase expansion, construction is still continuing at The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences in Surfside. 

All the windows and balconies have been installed on the North, South and Four Seasons Hotel since we last looked at the project in May. The roof and exterior of the original Surf Club ballroom by architect Russell Pancoast in the front of the project is almost completely restored. The ballroom will be used as a lobby and reception area.

The Surf Club Four Seasons has two 12 story residences with 150 residential units plus 9 rooftop penthouses. The Four Seasons hotel will have 80 rooms. The project is being developed by Fort Capital and designed by Richard Meier and Partners Architects and Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Bond on Brickell has now received its temporary certificate of occupancy and can now being closings on the 44 story building.

Groundbreaking began in January of 2014 and started going vertical in August 2014.

Midtown 29 Going Vertical

Midtown 29 is starting to go vertical in Midtown Miami. Midtown 29 is a luxury apartment building located at 180 NE 29th St that will have 309 units and rise 20 stories. The building will also have 12,000 square feet of retail and a six level parking garage. Units will range from studios to three bedroom apartments.

Midtown 29 is being developed by Morgan Group and was designed by Stantec.

Construction is expected to be completed by early 2018.
