Luma Miami Worldcenter Construction
Luma Miami Worldcenter has reached the 22nd floor after previously reaching the 16th floor at the beginning of March.
The 43 story tower is located next to the under construction CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter.

12 Story CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter Going Vertical
CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter
Since the crane was installed at the beginning of March, construction is now going vertical at the 12 story CitizenM Hotel Miami Worldcenter.
The hotel will have 351 room and will be completed next year.
CitizenM Hotels is also building a 20 story hotel in Brickell which just reached the 10th floor.

35 Story Miami Plaza Set To Open Soon
Miami Plaza
The 35 story Miami Plaza is nearly completed and almost ready to open after topping off at the beginning of the year.
Rising 370 feet with 425 rental units, construction started going vertical on the tower only a year ago.
The Melo Group Miami Plaza is located next to the completed Square Station and Art Plaza, also developed by Melo Group.
Melo Group also has the under construction Downtown 5th, which will be two towers both at 53 stories.

57 Story Elysee Construction Photos
Elysee Construction
The 57 story Elysee tower is taking shape in Edgewater since the building topped off at the beginning of the year.
A year ago, construction reached the 34th floor. The crane has been removed from the building and the parking garage has been connected to the base of the tower. Work is being doing on the pool deck above the garage.
The telescoping building is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

57 Story Missoni Baia Going Vertical In Edgewater
Missoni Baia Construction
The 57 story Missoni Baia in Edgewater has now started going vertical and has reached the 4th floor after starting foundation work in April 2019.
The parking garage began construction first in September 2018 before the sales center was demolished to begin foundation work for the tower.
Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units and is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International who are also developing the 47 story Una Residences in Brickell and the 57 story 830 Brickell.

First Glass Installed At CitizenM Hotel Brickell
CitizenM Hotel Brickell Construction
The first glass has been installed at the 20 story CitizenM Hotel in Brickell as construction reaches the 10th floor.
The site was cleared in August 2019 and started going vertical November 2019.
The hotel will have 252 rooms.
