The Bentley Residences Hotel

Located at 400 NE 35th Terrace a new tower has been announced called The Bentley Residences Hotel, which was previously called Satori.

The 32 story tower will have 207 residential units, 27 executive suites with 18 fully furnished penthouse suites. The Bentley will offer views of Biscayne Bay, South Beach, Midtown Miami and Downtown Miami. There will be a 5th floor pool along with a rooftop pool and a PlΓ©thore and Balthazar restaurant on the 30th floor. Residents will have VIP access to The Hilton Bentley Beach Club on Ocean Drive. 

The project is being developed by Canadian company Heafey Group and designed by architect Kobi Karp. 

Construction On Hampton Inn & Suites

Hampton Inn & Suites at 3450 Biscayne Boulevard

After starting construction early this year, the Hampton Inn & Suites is scheduled to open first quarter of 2016. 

The 151 room hotel is located at 3450 Biscayne Boulevard. It is being developed by Mayan Properties, 3H Group Hotels and Arti Hersi Inc. The Kobi Karp designed hotel will also have retail and restaurant space.

Since our last update, SLS Lux was getting ready for the foundation pour at the site. Since then, two cranes have been installed and the building is starting to vertical.

Edgewater Getting New Hotel Called Vib

Future site of the Vib Hotel

Developer Richard Meruelo of Rebuild-Miami Edgewater has announced that he will build a Best Western Hotel named Vib, according to The Miami Herald. 

The 7.4 acre land was purchased in January for $64 million and was planned to be the Bayview Market before the recession hit.

The urban boutique hotel is expected to break ground in November of this year with plans to open in December of 2016.
