3047 Biscayne Blvd Site in Red
3H Group Hotels has purchased a 20,240 square foot lot in Edgewater located at 3047 Biscayne Boulevard for $7 million, according to The Real Deal.
The site was approved by Miami's Urban Development Review Board for a 13 story hotel with 137 rooms.
Mr. C Coconut Grove
The newly branded Mr. C Coconut Grove located at 2988 McFarlane Road is making progress and gearing up for a Winter 2018 opening date.
All the windows have been installed as painting begins on the exterior of the building and work continues on the rooftop pool.

CitizenM Hotel Brickell Rendering
A new 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell with 252 rooms will replace the Perricone's Marketplace & Cafe on the site that has been there since 1994.
The 10,965 square foot lot was purchased by CitizenM Hotels for $16.18 million in October 2018.
Based on the rendering, the CitizenM Hotel Brickell will have art murals on the façade and a rooftop pool or restaurant.
Mr. C Hotel Rendering
Previously known as the Engle Building Hotel, the 98 room hotel in Coconut Grove is now branded as Mr. C Hotel, according to The Real Deal.
The 5 story Mr. C Hotel will be operated by the Cipriani Family.
Construction began a year ago and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Panorama Tower in Brickell
Panorama Tower has received a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) for the first 46 floors of the building allowing residents to move in. The upper floors of the building, floors 47 - 85 are expected to receive TCO later this Summer.
The Hyatt Centric Hotel opened earlier last month at the base of the building.
The 85 story Panorama Tower is the tallest building South of New York City at 868 feet with spectacular views of all of Miami at the very top.

Collins Park Hotel Construction
When we looked at Collins Park Hotel in February 2017, the buildings had been gutted and only the outer shell had remained for the new construction.
Collins Park Hotel consists of six buildings that were built between 1938 and 1953 on 1.65 acres of land at 2000 Park Avenue in Miami Beach. The hotel will have 296 rooms and have all of the rooftops connected.
Collins Park Hotel is being developed by Chetrit Group and Kobi Karp is the project architect.
