Soleste Grand Central Construction
The 18 story Soleste Grand Central in Overtown is going vertical.
Located at 218 NW 8th St, Soleste Grand Central is across the street from 3 MiamiCentral, which was recently sold for $159 million.
Soleste Grand Central will have 360 Class A multifamily units, ground floor retail and 438 parking spaces.
The project is being developed by Estates Investment Group.
Park-Line Residences at Virgin MiamiCentral
The Park-Line Residences at Virgin MiamiCentral is nearly completed as the final touches are being done on the two towers.
The pool deck on the 30 story North Tower is almost finished while work on the 33 story South Tower pool deck is still being done.
Both towers will have a total of 816 rental units.

One Park Grove Construction
One Park Grove is preparing for a Spring 2020 opening as construction on the tower progresses.
When we last looked in July, the last crane was removed from the site. A year ago, construction reached the 15th floor.
One Park Grove is being built on the site of the former Coconut Grove Bank.

Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove
A 20 story condo called Mr. C Residences is coming to Coconut Grove located at 2655 South Bayshore Drive, according to The Miami Herald.
With 151 residential units, Mr. Residences will be developed by Terra Group and Mr. C. A Mr. C Hotel was recently opened at 2988 McFarland Road, also in Coconut Grove.
The condo is across the street from the now under construction Regatta Harbour.
Mr. C Residences is being designed by Arquitectonica and interiors by Meyer Davis.
Construction is expected to start second quarter 2020.
CitizenM Hotel Brickell Construction
The 20 story CitizenM Hotel Brickell had a crane installed on site this week as hotel is ready to go vertical.
The site and trees were cleared from the property in August and foundation work began last month.

One Thousand Museum
TBT (November 17, 2016) - 3 years ago, construction was reaching the 25th floor at Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum before topping off in February 2018. The building received TCO in July of this year.
The under construction 62 story One Thousand Museum in Miami has reached the 25th floor. When we last looked at the project in August construction had reached the 15th floor.
The glass fiber reinforced concrete panels are starting to be installed on the exoskeleton of the building. More windows are starting to be installed on the lower portion of the tower.
Construction will be completed in 2018.

One Cocowalk Construction
Construction is moving quickly at the 5 story One Cocowalk as the office building and surrounding space is taking shape.
The previous building and rotunda at Cocowalk was completed demolished in September 2018 and vertical construction was underway almost a year ago in December 2018.
Construction is expected to be completed Spring 2020.
