Miami
The 66 story Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami has now reached the 7th floor of construction. The building was on the 2nd floor at the beginning of October.
With 391 residential units, construction is expected to be completed in 2022.
AMLI Residential Midtown Miami
The 6.6 acre AMLI Residential Midtown Miami is getting closer to completion as all the cranes have been removed from the site since we last looked in September 2019.
With over 700 rental units, the North Tower is 12 stories and the South Tower is 8 stories. Construction started going vertical October 2018.

AC Hotel Miami Midtown
The 7 story AC Hotel Miami Midtown located at 3400 Biscayne Boulevard has been completed.
The Kobi Karp designed 153 room hotel with a rooftop pool, bar, restaurant and meeting rooms topped off a year ago.

Miami Plaza Topped Off
After starting foundation work in January 2019, the 35 story Miami Plaza has topped off in the Arts & Entertainment district.
Two cranes were installed in April 2019 and started to go vertical at that time.
Miami Plaza is located next to recently completed Melo Group towers, Square Station and Art Plaza.

Elysee Topped Off
The under construction 57 story Elysee in Edgewater has topped off at 649 feet to become the tallest building in the area.
The building has only 100 residential units and stated to go vertical in June 2018 and reached the 19th floor a little over a year ago.
Elysee is designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Two Roads Development.
Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
CitizenM Hotel Brickell
The under construction CitizenM Hotel Brickell at the former Perricone’s Restaurant site, which was demolished in April of this year, has received a $48 million construction loan, according to The Real Deal.
The 20 story hotel will have 252 rooms.
The site was purchased for 16.2 million in October 2017.
Square Station Construction
TBT (December 11, 2017) - Two years ago Square Station was under construction before being completed in June 2018. Melo Group has since completed Art Plaza and now Miami Plaza is under construction.
Since topping off in September, construction at Square Station is progressing very rapidly since starting to go vertical only a year ago.
Two of the three cranes have been removed, most of the balconies have been installed and most of the exterior has been painted. Work on the amenities deck is taking shape as the landscaping will start soon.
Square Station is expected to open early 2018.
