Block A At Miami Worldcenter
Block A At Miami Worldcenter has been purchased for $18.85 million, according to The Miami Herald.
1 acre of the site was purchased by Akara Partners with plans to build two towers. The first phase will include a 38 story Kinect Miami with 450 units, 10,000 square feet of retail and 20,000 square feet of co-working space.
The site was originally listed October 2019.
Construction on Kinect Miami will begin first quarter 2021 and be completed in 2023.
Grand Station Topped Off
The 30 story Grand Station has topped off in Downtown Miami.
Foundation began October 2019 and is expected to be competed before the end of the year.

AC Hotel By Marriott and Element By Westin
Located across the street from Brickell City Centre, the 24 story AC Hotel By Marriott and Element By Westin continues to rise as it reaches the 14th floor.
The building will have 264 hotel rooms, 23,000 square feet of ground level retail and a rooftop bar.

Society Biscayne Construction
The 49 story Society Biscayne, located at 400 Biscayne Boulevard has reached the 16th floor of construction.
Groundbreaking on the Sieger Suarez designed building began June 2019 and is expected to be completed Fall 2021.
Society Biscayne will have 649 rental units.

Luma Miami Worldcenter Construction
The 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter is getting closer to top off as it reaches the 29th floor of construction.
Two months ago, construction was reached the 22nd floor.
Luma Miami Worldcenter will have 434 rental units and is located next to the under construction CitizenM Miami Worldcenter and in front of Caoba Miami Worldcenter.

CitizenM Miami Worldcenter
CitizenM Miami Worldcenter has reached the 7th floor of construction before it tops off at 12 stories. At the beginning of May, the building was starting to go vertical.
The hotel will have 351 rooms and will be completed next year.

Downtown 5th Construction
The first glass has been installed at Downtown 5th in Downtown Miami as the East Tower reaches the 25th floor and the West Tower reaches the 11th floor.
The foundation pour started on the East Tower at the beginning of February.
With two 53 story towers, Downtown 5th will reach 495 and have a total of 1,042 rental units.
