SLS Lux Brickell
When we last looked at SLS Lux in January, construction was on the 10th floor. Now in June, the 58 story tower is on the 33rd floor and pass the halfway point of topping out.
Just a little over a year ago, SLS Lux was just about to do a foundation pour at the site.
Construction has started to go vertical on the amenities portion of the South side of the tower where the lap pool, cabanas and basket ball court will be.

Since our last update, SLS Lux was getting ready for the foundation pour at the site. Since then, two cranes have been installed and the building is starting to vertical.

SLS Lux at 801 S. Miami Ave
The SLS Lux at 801 South Miami Avenue is continuing work on the site before getting ready to start the foundation pour soon.
The site is located across from Brickell City Centre and the under construction Brickell Heights.
Over the span of three years the skyline and neighborhood of Brickell has changed dramatically. With the addition of Brickell City Centre, Brickell Heights, Brickell House, 1100 Millecento and many other condos, the area has grown from empty lots to sky high towers surrounding the land just South of the Miami River.

The SLS Lux Hotel and Residences Brickell is located in the heart of Brickell next to Brickell City Centre and across the street from Brickell Heights and the shops of Mary Brickell Village.
Related Group will break ground on two buildings today, the SLS Lux Hotel & Residences in Brickell and One Paraiso in Edgewater. SLS Lux will start first at 11:00 AM followed by One Paraiso at 12:30 PM.
