At the end of last month, the 43 story Luma Miami Worldcenter had its foundation pour and is in the process of going vertical. Last month two cranes were installed on the site.

Luma Miami Worldcenter is the third tower in 27 acre Miami Worldcenter site to go vertical. Caoba Miami Worldcenter was completed early this year and Paramount Miami Worldcenter was recently completed.

With 434 apartment units, Luma Miami Worldcenter is being developed by ZOM Living and Moinian Group and designed by Stantec.

Elysee Reaches 53rd Floor - Close To Top Off

The 57 story Elysee Miami is close to topping off as construction reaches the 53rd floor. At the end of July, construction was on the 45th floor.

With only 100 residential units, the building started to go vertical in June 2018, and the first glass installed in December 2018.

Developed by Two Roads Development and DW Partners, Elysee is expected to be completed in 2020.

Urbanica Management LLC Purchases Miami Beach Site For $40M

6747 Collins Avenue Site In Red

Urbanica Management LLC has purchased a 1 acre site in Miami Beach located at 6747 Collins Avenue for $40 million, according to The SFBJ.

The vacant property was sold by China City Construction Company.

Urbanica Hotel plan on building a 20 story hotel with 200 rooms and beginning construction at the end of next year.

Miami Worldcenter Site Towards Downtown

TBT (August 10, 2015) - 4 years ago the Paramount Miami Worldcenter Site was getting prepared for foundation work. The 60 story building would start to go vertical November 2016 and eventually be completed in July 2019.

Miami Worldcenter in expected to break ground on the site this quarter, according to The Next Miami. 

After expecting to break ground at the end of 2014, Miami Worldcenter has been delayed, but demolition crews have already started tearing down some buildings to get the site ready. 

Construction is expected to take 36-38 months with the first phase to include The Mall at Miami Worldcenter, Paramount Condo Tower and a ZOM rental tower.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences Construction

The Carlos Zapata designed Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is 4 floors away from topping out as construction reaches the 50th floor.

Construction started going vertical on the 650 foot tower in January 2018. A year ago, construction reached the 19th floor.

A Look At The Almost Completed 64 Story Brickell Flatiron

The 64 story Brickell Flatiron is getting the final touches put on the building as it nears completion.

Groundbreaking began March 2016 before topping off in February of this year. A year ago, construction was just reaching the 49th floor.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower Reaches 28th Floor

The Estates at Acqualina

The Estates at Acqualina is rising quickly as construction has reached the 28th floor on the South Tower.

The South Tower started going vertical in February of this year. The North Tower recently had the foundation pour and will soon go vertical.

Both towers will be 50 stories and rise 700 feet.

The Estates at Acqualina is being developed by The Trump Group.
