After a foundation pour at the end of March, the soon to be second tallest office building in Miami, 830 Brickell, is now starting to go vertical.

The OKO Group and Cain International developed building will reach 734 feet.

The 57 story Missoni Baia is rising quickly in Edgewater as construction reaches the 10th floor. At the end of April, construction was the the 4th floor.

Rising 649 feet, Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units.

The last tower at the 5.2 acre Park Grove complex, One Park Grove, is almost completed as residents will start to move in soon.

With 64 residential units, One Park Grove was built on the site of the demolished Coconut Grove Bank.

TBT - Panorama Tower Reaches 46th Floor

Panorama Tower continues to rise in Brickell as it reaches the 46th floor before topping out at 83 stories.

The FAA recently approved a height increase to Panorama Tower from the initial height of 822 feet to 868 feet. 

Almost a year ago, Panorama had just reached the 11th floor of the parking garage.

Smart Brickell Construction

Construction has started to go vertical on the three tower Smart Brickell, which will have 170 residential units, 150 hotel rooms and 30,000 square feet of retail space.

The 1.23 acre site was purchased for $21.6 million in June 2017 by Habitat Development. Demolition on the site started in November 2018 with a groundbreaking in 2019.

Smart Brickell will be completed in 2021.

30 Story Grand Station Soon To Top Off

The 30 story Grand Station in Downtown Miami is close to topping off as construction is at the 29th floor. When we last looked in April, construction reached the 21st floor.

The building started going vertical in October 2019 and will have 300 rental units. There will be 44 studio units, 124 one bedroom units and 132 two bedroom units.
