With only 68 residences, the 52 story Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach is almost completed and ready to open.

The project broke ground September 2015 and reached the 37th floor in September 2016 before topping off in January 2017 with incredible views of Sunny Isles Beach and Downtown Miami.

Muse Residences was developed by Property Markets Group and S2 Development and designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suerez Architects.

The Completed Jade Signature

The 57 story Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach is now officially completed and residents are now starting to move into the luxury condominium.

Construction began in December 2014 and started going vertical in Spring 2015. The tower topped off in October 2016.

Jade Signature was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and built with a slight angle to the North to maximize the amount of sunlight in the afternoon.

Aria on the Bay Set To Open Soon

The finishes touches are nearly complete at Aria on the Bay and residents will soon be able to move in before the end of the month.

Previously on the site, located at 1770 N Bayshore Drive was a six story apartment complex that was abandoned for awhile before demolition began September 2014.

Aria on the Bay started going vertical November 2015 before topping off March 2017.

The 53 story Aria on the Bay has 647 residential units with 40,000 square feet of retail. The building was developed by Melo Group, who also have the almost completed Square Station and the under construction Art Plaza. Aria on the Bay was designed by Arquitectonica.

Square Station Nearly Completed - Set To Open Soon

Square Station

As construction begins on Art Plaza, another Melo Group building is almost completed - Square Station.

When we last looked at the end of January, there was one crane remaining on the building and two hoists connected to the towers. 

Square Station started going vertical December 2016 and topped off September 2017.

The two towers are 34 stories and with 710 rental units.

The Surf Club Four Seasons Now Completely Open

The Surf Club Four Seasons South Tower

After opening The Four Seasons Hotel and the North Tower in March 2017, the South Tower is now open at The Surf Club with all construction completed. 

The North and South Tower are 12 stories with 150 units including 9 rooftop penthouses.

A Look Inside Faena Forum

Faena Forum

Completed in November 2016, Faena Forum was designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Rem Koolhaas of OMA.

As part of the larger Faena District, which also includes Faena House, Faena Hotel, Faena Bazaar and Faena Park, Faena Forum is a 43,000 square foot building that focuses on art. Inside Faena Forum there is a 2,900 square foot amphitheater, 2 assembly halls and 5 meeting rooms.

A Look Inside Faena Bazaar In Miami Beach

Faena Bazaar

Originally built in 1939 by architect Roy France, who also designed The Saxony and The Versailles, Faena Bazaar is an updated renovation of the Art Deco building.

As part of the Faena District, which includes Faena Forum, Faena House, Faena Hotel, Faena Versailles and Faena Park, the 4 story Faena Bazaar was designed by Rem Koolhaas of OMA. 

The building is currently being used as the Museum of Ice Cream, which will be there until February 26.
