Elysee Construction
The 57 story Elysee tower is taking shape in Edgewater since the building topped off at the beginning of the year.
A year ago, construction reached the 34th floor. The crane has been removed from the building and the parking garage has been connected to the base of the tower. Work is being doing on the pool deck above the garage.
The telescoping building is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Missoni Baia Construction
The 57 story Missoni Baia in Edgewater has now started going vertical and has reached the 4th floor after starting foundation work in April 2019.
The parking garage began construction first in September 2018 before the sales center was demolished to begin foundation work for the tower.
Missoni Baia will have 249 residential units and is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International who are also developing the 47 story Una Residences in Brickell and the 57 story 830 Brickell.

Una Residences Site
An 11 story building at 175 SE 25th Road, built in 1971, is nearly demolished that will make way for the 47 story Una Residences. The top floor of the building is where the sales center was located.
Developed by OKO Group and Cain International, who are also building the second tallest office tower in Miami, 830 Brickell, Una Residences will have 135 residential units overlooking Biscayne Bay.

One Park Grove
One Park Grove is getting closer to completion as the finishing touches are being put on the last and final tower at Park Grove.
The landscaping around the building is almost completed while the rooftop pool should be done in the next month or so.
The 24 story tower topped off in March 2019. One Park Grove was built on the site of the old Coconut Grove Bank, which was demolished in August 2017.

The Estates at Acqualina South Tower
The Estates at Acqualina South Tower has reached the 49th floor and about to top off at 50 stories.
The North Tower has reached the 17th floor before it will eventually top off at 50 stories and 667 feet.

2000 Ocean Construction
2000 Ocean is rising quickly in Hallandale Beach as construction reaches the 32 floor before topping off at 38 stories.
At the beginning of the year, the first glass was being installed on the tower.
With 64 residential units, 2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.

Aston Martin Residences Construction
The first glass has been installed at the 66 story Aston Martin Residences in Downtown Miami as construction reaches the 10th floor.
In February 2019, two cranes were installed at the site as construction was starting to go vertical on the building.
