Grand Station Construction
Grand Station rises 6 more floors since last month, to 21 stories before it eventually tops off at 30 floors.
With 300 rental units, Grand Station is expected to be completed in 2021.

Society Biscayne Construction
Society Biscayne is getting taller at 400 Biscayne Boulevard as construction reaches the 9th floor. Last month, construction was at the 5th floor.
With 649 rental units, the Sieger Suarez Architects designed building will rise 49 stories and be completed Fall 2021.

Downtown 5th Miami Construction
After starting the foundation pour at the beginning of February, the East Tower at Downtown 5th has now reached the 7th floor while the West Tower has reached the 2nd floor.
When we last looked in March, The East Tower was on the 2nd floor and the West Tower just had the foundation pour.
Both towers will rise 53 stories at 495 feet.

2000 Ocean Construction
2000 Ocean is rising quickly in Hallandale Beach as construction reaches the 32 floor before topping off at 38 stories.
At the beginning of the year, the first glass was being installed on the tower.
With 64 residential units, 2000 Ocean is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.

830 Brickell Construction
Construction is well underway as two cranes have been installed at the 57 story 830 Brickell site.
The foundation pour is expected to start soon before going vertical and reaching a final height of 734 feet. Initial work on the site started in March 2019.
830 Brickell is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International. The office tower, with 57 floors of uninterrupted glass was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture. The building will have an 8 story parking garage wrapped in a kinetic wall and a lobby designed by Italian design firm Iosa Ghini Associati.
830 Brickell will have a sky lobby on the 30th floor with a fitness/wellness center, conference rooms and cafe. On the 54th floor there will be a rooftop restaurant and bar.

AC Hotel By Marriott and Element By Westin
The under construction 24 story AC Hotel By Marriott and Element By Westin in Brickell has reached the 4th floor.
Construction started in October 2019 on the site of the former El Eden Motel, which was demolished in December 2017.
The building will have 264 hotel rooms, a rooftop bar and terrace and 23,000 square feet of ground level retail.
