Beach House 8 Updates

Beach House 8 has topped out since we last took a look at the end of April this year.

The building is located at 3651 Collins Avenue on located next to the beach and close proximity to South Beach.

The Arquitectonica designed building is still expected to be completed by the end of the year.

A Look At The Surf Club - Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences

In 1930, the Surf Club was built in the Surfside neighborhood of Miami Beach and was frequented by many celebrities of the day. In 2012, the property was purchased by Fort Capitol with plans to incorporate the property into a Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences.

One Ocean Construction Photos

One Ocean in the South of Fifth District is coming along quickly with a lot of work being done on the North and South Tower.

The Related Group project is located steps away from the beach and within walking distance of South Pointe Park.

Glass Miami Beach Construction Photos

Another construction project in the South of Fifth district of Miami Beach is Glass. The high luxury condominium is being developed by Terra Group, who are also currently building Grove at Grand Bay in Coconut Grove.

Marea Miami Beach Close To Completion

After making a lot of progress the last few months, Marea Miami Beach is almost complete. Since our last update, all the painting on the exterior has been completed and all the glass windows and balconies have been installed with the blue film removed. Work is still being done on the pool area with work on the landscaping to follow.

Construction has started at Beach House 8 on Miami Beach. They are currently on the 5th floor of the 10 story building that will only hold 8 units.

A Look At Faena District Miami Beach

Construction has been going on for awhile now at Faena District on Miami Beach, which will include Faena House, Faena Residences, Faena Hotel and Faena Forum. Curbed Miami has the renderings of Faena Versailles here. The Faena Versailles, which used to be the Versailles Hotel will be restored. Faena Residences will include the restoration of what used to be the Saxony Hotel.
